Your Generosity at Work

Joseph S. Roth Simulation Training Center
Hands on training that saves lives.
This innovative facility features the same advanced technologies used in partner hospitals throughout the state—patient simulators, monitors, ventilators and advanced video technologies that prepare clinical teams with hands on training. Staff practice real-life scenarios, sharpen skills and streamline processes to honor every gift of life.
Transplant Growth Collaborative
A critical step to saving more lives.
This program brings together leaders from transplant centers and area hospitals to share innovative practices, address barriers to growth and explore solutions through collective action. New Jersey is the first state to convene multiple collaboratives of this kind—establishing a model of partnership that strengthens donation and transplant regionally and inspires similar efforts nationwide.

Patient Education on High KDPI Kidneys
Empowering informed decisions.
In partnership with the National Kidney Foundation, we support patient education focused on High Kidney Donor Profile Index (KDPI) kidneys. Engaging, accessible materials help kidney transplant patients understand what KDPI kidneys are and how they influence outcomes. By improving knowledge and awareness, we equip patients to make confident, informed decision about their transplant options.
EffectiveArts Training
Building compassionate, confident teams.
This specialized program equips donation and transplant professionals with the skills to compassionately support families during life’s most difficult moments. Through simulation-based training and leadership development, EffectiveArts helps teams navigate sensitive conversations, strengthen hospital partnerships and create more effective workplace communities dedicated to honoring every donor family.
