Together with volunteers, community advocates and hospital partners, our goal is to bring awareness to the importance of organ and tissue donation and transplantation. Education and outreach programs, a selection of which are highlighted below, are made possible by supporters like you and give hope to the nearly 4,000 New Jersey residents waiting for a lifesaving transplant.
5K Celebration of Life
Join New Jersey’s largest event supporting organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
Each spring, thousands gather at two locations to walk, run, volunteer and celebrate life. Since 2011, the 5K has raised more than $14 million to fund our lifesaving mission.

Rose Parade
Celebrating our community on the national stage.
Every New Year’s Day, donor heroes and transplant recipients are honored on the OneLegacy Donate Life Rose Parade float, sharing their stories with millions of viewers worldwide. Their journey inspires countless others to register as organ and tissue donors.
The Transplant Games of America & Team Liberty
This national, multi-sport event showcases the extraordinary lives made possible by organ and tissue donation.
Held every two years, the Games brings together thousands to honor the legacy of donors, raise awareness about our lifesaving mission and promote healthy living after transplant.
Team Liberty, a program of our Foundation, is comprised of transplant recipients, living donors and donor families from New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Members of Team Liberty compete at the Games and come together year-round to support our lifesaving mission.
Scholarships
Investing in the future leaders of our lifesaving mission.
Our Foundation supports the next generation through two scholarship programs; recognizing high school advocates who campion organ and tissue donation and supporting college students pursuing healthcare careers. These programs build a network of advocates and professionals dedicated to saving lives.
